The Sunday supper will be beef dip, coleslaw, beverage (juice, water, pop, tea or coffee) and an ice cream cup - all for $10.00 per person.
If that menu doesn't work for all of your family, you are welcome to bring your own food, and we can all eat together.
Meal registration will be on the main form, and we need those numbers no later than May 1st.
We are waiting for a couple of numbers for the registration form, and hope to have that posted just before or just after the Christmas holidays.
Camping registration for the site is also on the main form. A few members have already spoken to members of our club to reserve a camping spot. We have your names, but you should also fill out the camping section on the registration form.
Penticton Geology and Lapidary Club - Your Rendezvous 2018 Host Club
Rock Creek is 50km east of Osoyoos, in the Kettle River Valley.
Our venue is the Rock Creek Fairgrounds, where the buildings are surrounded by lush green grass, and there is plenty of dry camping room on site. There will be electrical hook-ups for about 30 RV's, not 30amp outlets, but enough power to keep your house batteries topped up. Coin-operated showers.
Dogs are strictly prohibited on the Fairgrounds, however there is dry camping across the road where dogs are allowed.
Our goal with this blog site is to give you as much advance information as possible on this beautiful area, services, attractions, and rich history.
When we aren't out rock hounding, we'll be adding information to this site from now until May 2018.
The May long weekend is the start of the busy tourist season in the area, so if you want a motel room, or full hook-up campground, you should book as soon as possible.
