There is plenty of room at the Fairgrounds for trailers and tents.
Dry camping. Coin showers.
The grass area we are using for RV's is an area that is used for vendors at the Rock Creek Fair. The electrical set-up is designed for that. It would be wise to bring an extension cord incase you need one.
There will be power available for about 30 Rv's - not 30amp power, but enough to keep your house batteries topped up.
Power sites will be allocated first come first serve - advance booking.
Dry Camping $15.00 per night
Dry Camping with power $20.00 per night.
Dogs are strictly prohibited on the Fairgrounds.
Those travelling with dogs have the option of dry camping across the road from the main site.
Penticton Geology and Lapidary Club - Your Rendezvous 2019 Host Club
Rock Creek is 50km east of Osoyoos, in the Kettle River Valley.
Our venue is the Rock Creek Fairgrounds, where the buildings are surrounded by lush green grass, and there is plenty of dry camping room on site. There will be electrical hook-ups for about 30 RV's, not 30amp outlets, but enough power to keep your house batteries topped up. Coin-operated showers.
Dogs are strictly prohibited on the Fairgrounds, however there is dry camping across the road where dogs are allowed.
Our goal with this blog site is to give you as much advance information as possible on this beautiful area, services, attractions, and rich history.
When we aren't out rock hounding, we'll be adding information to this site from now until June 2019.
If you want a motel room, or full hook-up campground, you should book as soon as possible.
